How long is a Custom Fitting and Listening IRL Session?
About an hour.
Who conducts it?
A fully trained and certified Audio Sommelier.
The product
Is this noise cancelling?
No. Nothing is generated to fight the room. The seal is mechanical.
Fitting and comfort
Does the impression hurt?
No. It takes ten minutes and it does not go deep.
Ordering and delivery
How long does a commissioned pair take?
Four weeks. It is delivered and fitted by hand. Where distance makes that impossible, it travels to you and the final fitting happens live, one to one.
Travel and locations
Where is my session held?
Your location is confirmed after booking. Sessions are held in carefully selected recording studios, audiology clinics and curated listening spaces.
Payment and refunds
What if it does not work for me?
You decide at the end of your Custom Fitting and Listening IRL Session. If the interface did not do what we said it would do, you pay nothing, and any fee already paid is refunded in full.
How do I pay for a commission?
A 50% deposit is taken on the day, and the remaining 50% is paid at your final fitting.
