The sessionA Custom Fitting and Listening IRL Session is a personal appointment conducted by an Audio Sommelier. The fee is £100, payable at the session. The fee is credited in full against any commission placed afterwards.
CommissionsEvery interface is made individually from an impression of your own ears. Commissions are confirmed on payment of a deposit, with the balance due at the final fitting. Production takes approximately four weeks from the date the impression is taken. Every commission is fitted in person by an Audio Sommelier, or, where distance requires it, supplied with a live guided fitting.
PriceAll prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are confirmed at the point of commission.
CancellationYou may cancel or reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Because every interface is made to your individual specification, commissions cannot be cancelled once an impression has been taken, except where the goods are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
LiabilityNothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing lawThese terms are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

FilmingSessions are sometimes filmed. We film only where you have given written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep itCommission records and impression data are held for as long as we support your interface and for six years afterwards, in line with statutory accounting requirements. Booking enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted after twelve months.

Warranty
Every interface is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of final fitting against defects in materials and workmanship. Within that period we will repair or replace a defective interface at no charge.
The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear to cables and fittings.
Because every interface is made to the geometry of one person's ears, it cannot be transferred to another person and no guarantee applies to use by anyone other than the original owner.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
Refunds And Cancellations
SessionsA booked session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
The session guaranteeAt the end of your Custom Fitting and Listening IRL Session, you decide whether the interface did what we said it would do. If it did not, you pay nothing, and any fee already paid is refunded in full.
CommissionsEvery interface is made individually from an impression of your own ears and is clearly personalised. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods made to a consumer's specification are not subject to the standard 14 day cancellation right. Once an impression has been taken, a commission cannot be cancelled.
Faulty goodsIf an interface is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and are unaffected by anything above.
